Founded in 2016 in Germany by Kris Bursuc and Nicola Erne, Saigara is a young e-commerce company that specializes in outbound marketing in the form of videos via social media channels such as Facebook and Instagram as well as B2C online shops.

All products sold and marketed by Saigara are CE marked. With the CE marking, Saigara confirms that the product complies with the product-specific European directives (since 1 December 2009, with the entry into force of the "Treaty of Lisbon": EU directives).  The EU directives pursuant to Art. 288 Para. 3 TFEU (so-called internal market and harmonisation directives) thus determine safety and health requirements for numerous products which must be respected to be sold in Europe. These regulations affects a large number of product categories from toys to technology, which are tested on site prior to export.
